A UP 80 plasma spray system consists of the following components:Plasma Gun F4

  • UP 80 control module for plasma operation
  • UP 80 JAM module
  • Powder feed system: single or twin type
  • F4 Plasma Spray Gun (other plasma guns are available on request)
  • UP 80 Secondary Chopped Plasma Power Supply
  • Full set of cables and hoses, standard lengths are:

- from JAM module to spray guns 5 meters max.
- from gas module to JAM module 6 meters max

Water cooling systems are available from AMT to be integrated into the plasma spray system for gun cooling.
